Dr. Rebecca Chinyelu Chukwuanukwu
Rebecca Chinyelu Chukwuanukwu is currently a Reader in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Faculty of Health Sciences & Technology, College of Health Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nnewi Campus. She is an Immunologist with research focus on host-pathogen interaction. Her major research focuses on malaria, tuberculosis, HIV and immune responses in co-infected disease states. She is also involved in research collaborations on vaccine design and coverage. Dr. Chukwuanukwu is also on dual appointment to the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics where she is currently the Head of Department.
